Dear Union Member,

I am excited to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement on a new union contract with Kroger! Our new union contract gives you better wages, excellent benefits and an opportunity to build a better life for you and your family.

This week Union Representatives will be in all of our stores to explain the details to you. I have told you before - our goal was to put more money in your pocket now, not later, and get you the help you need to do your job in your store. This new union contract will do just that.

Our union negotiating committee and company representatives worked hard to come together and reach this tentative agreement. I want to thank everyone on both sides for their dedication to getting an agreement that benefits every single member of this union family.

As a union member, you get to vote on your union contract. Voting locations across Kentucky and Southern Indiana will be open Monday, February 27th - Thursday, March 2nd. To see a full list of voting times and locations please visit www.ufcw227.org/2023-kroger-voting-locations.

Thank you for everything you do for our union family and for being a union member.

In Solidarity,
Bob Blair
President
