We hope that you’ve heard of the UFCW 227 Hardship Grant available to members in financial hardship who meet the qualifications.

Stewards are often a union member’s first contact with their union, and may be where people turn for help with problems outside of work too. To be able to serve your fellow members and connect them with the help they might need we’ve made applying for a hardship grant easier.

First thing first, you should access the steward dahsboard! This one-stop-shop for the most recent steward news, tools to help you sign up new members and write, file, and investigate grievances, current union event information and hardship grant information. You should be able to visit https://sites.google.com/ufcw227.org/steward-dashboard/home and log in with the email where you get your union newsletters.
