A new way for UFCW 227 members to celebrate the holidays in Lexington!

This year UFCW 227 members can get discounted tickets to a 26 year tradition: Southern Lights Holiday Festival at the Kentucky Horse Park!

Visit the park to experience over 3 miles of lights and see why it was chosen as a Top 20 Event by Southeast Tourism Society! After the drive you can get out at the Holiday Festival, where you can get a photo with Santa, then visit the life sized snow globe, ride a train, and visit the model train exhibit for free! Visit for the petting zoo for free too and bring some extra money if you’d like a pony or camel ride!

 Gates are open nightly from November 29th to December 31st from 5:30 to 9 pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. The attractions are open until December 23rd and close at 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.

Make the night complete with a visit to the food vendors and shop for local crafts for perfect holiday gifts throughout the Festival area!

Members can pick up tickets to Southern Lights at the Kentucky Horse Park at the Lexington office, located at 169 E Reynolds Rd 203A, Lexington, KY 40517 Monday thru Friday from 10AM- 4PM. The last day to buy tickets is December 19th!

Friday- Sunday tickets are $20

Weekday tickets are $15
