FAQ: Health Insurance Enrollment for Kroger Members
Open enrollment for Kroger members to select health insurance coverage for 2023 is November 7th - December 5th, 2022. You can view your benefit options at https://heartlandwellnessfund.com/member-xg/.
This year enrollment for 2023 health insurance benefits is evergreen. What does that mean?
It means the coverage you had in 2022 will automatically roll over to 2023. You do not have to login to enroll this year unless you want to make a change (like adding a spouse or child). You will receive new insurance ID cards before the 1st of the New Year. If you waived coverage in 2022 and would like to waive coverage in 2023 you don’t need to do anything.
I had health insurance in 2022 and I would like to make a change to my coverage for 2023. What should I do?
Call the Heartland Fund office at (937) 665-1900 to make changes to your current benefits. The Heartland Fund office is open Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm (eastern time).
