Dear Union Member,

This week Union Representatives will be in all of the 81 stores covered by our union contract to explain the details to you. In case you miss them, I want to make sure you have the information you need.

A lot of hard work went into negotiating the new union contract and your bargaining committee is recommending a yes vote and ratification of the proposed contract. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Union members will have an opportunity to vote on the new proposed contract beginning on Monday, February 27th through Thursday, March 2nd. To see a full list of voting times and locations please visit www.ufcw227.org/2023-kroger-voting-locations​​.
