Open Enrollment for Kroger Members in Lincoln Financial
It’s time to enroll in IBOW’s benefits from Lincoln Financial again! If you don’t know what that can do for you and your fellow members open enrollment is a great time to learn more!
Only UFCW 227 members can use this benefit to sign up for the following types on insurance:
Extended Short Term Disability for Fulltime members: Add this coverage to your current union health insurance coverage to receive up to 100% of your pay while you are unable to work due to a sickness or injury.
Extended short-term disability for part time members: This program allows you to receive up to 100% of your paycheck if you are off work due to sickness or injury.
Life insurance: This is a guaranteed issue plan so all members qualify for up to $100,000 for themselves $50,000 for spouse and $15,000 for children regardless of their health.
Critical Illness: This plan gives you a lump sum of up to $20,000 if you are diagnosed with cancer, most neurological disorders, kidney failure and heart disease and more.
Accident Plan: This plan can pay from $50 to many thousands for on or off the job injuries such as: breaks, strains, cuts, bruises allergic reactions to bee stings, bug bites, prescription meds, food poisoning, car accidents, sports injuries etc.
Members can enroll or make changes to their current coverage before June 25th and coverage will be effective July 1st, 2021.

When enrolling online your User Name is your Social Security Number (no hyphens) you’re your Password is your full year of birth (Ex: 1970). If you have any problems please contact IBOW at 502-473-1300.
