When to Call Your Union

Have you heard your Union Rep or Stewards say "Let me know if I can help!" and wondered what you would go to them for? If so, you aren't alone! 

You should talk to your union stewards about anything going on at work such as working conditions, wages, and the benefits you get for being a union member.

If something doesn't feel right, or an issue pops up make sure to reach out  ASAP, we usually have only 7 days to begin the grievance process.
