March is Women's History Month

During March we take some time to celebrate and learn about women’s history and the women around us everyday standing up for what is right.

Union members have made great progress for Women’s Rights with each union contract ratification. Union contracts have been largely successful in closing the pay gap for union men and women, as well as for other protected classes.
